Ricotta

You can buy Ricotta in S-Market, Duo or in Prisma near Giganti.

It's something like the Hungarian "turo" or for those of you who are familiar with the Romanian "urda dulce" - this is pretty much the same thing I think.

I like it fresh, too, but you can also make very nice cheese cake together with Mascarpone (if anyone is interested I can give you a recipe I found in Nok Lapja and I tried it). It's also nice as a pan cake filling when mixed with some sugar, a yolk and some dill.

Can't remember the exact price, but it's something in the region of 1,90.
